All of our products are shipped to you with a secure, tracked shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders over £50/€50 depending on your country. No code necessary; free shipping will be applied at checkout and does include duties.

Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed. Please allow 1-4 business days for your order to be processed. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking link via email and you can expect to receive your order based on the timeline below. Please note the delivery times are estimated.

Zahrah Atelier Return & Refund Policy

At Zahrah Atelier, we want you to love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to assist you with a return or refund under the following conditions.

1. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

✔ Unworn & Unused – The hijab must be in its original condition, without any stains, odors, or signs of wear.
✔ Tags & Packaging Intact – All original tags must remain attached, and the item must be returned in its original packaging.
✔ Return Request Within 14 Days – You must initiate a return within 14 days from the delivery date.

💡 Note: Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

✘ Final Sale Items – Items marked as “final sale” at checkout.
✘ Damaged or Worn Items – Any hijab that has been washed, stained, or altered.
✘ Hygiene Reasons – Undercaps or accessories that have been tried on.

3. How to Return an Item

To start a return, please follow these steps:

2️⃣ Receive Return Instructions – Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping details.
3️⃣ Ship the Item Back – Securely package your hijab and use a trackable shipping service to return it.
