Shipping

All of our products are shipped to you with a secure, tracked shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders over £50/€50 depending on your country. No code necessary; free shipping will be applied at checkout and does include duties.

Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed. Please allow 1-4 business days for your order to be processed. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking link via email and you can expect to receive your order based on the timeline below. Please note the delivery times are estimated.

Free Shipping:

• On all orders above £50 for the United Kingdom and Wales.
• On all orders above £50 for Ireland.

For orders under the threshold, the following shipping costs apply:

Zahrah Atelier only ships on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following business day.
