Zahrah Atelier Return & Refund Policy

At Zahrah Atelier, we want you to love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to assist you with a return or refund under the following conditions.

 

1. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

✔ Unworn & Unused – The hijab must be in its original condition, without any stains, odors, or signs of wear.
✔ Tags & Packaging Intact – All original tags must remain attached, and the item must be returned in its original packaging.
✔ Return Request Within 14 Days – You must initiate a return within 14 days from the delivery date.

💡 Note: Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

✘ Final Sale Items – Items marked as “final sale” at checkout.
✘ Damaged or Worn Items – Any hijab that has been washed, stained, or altered.
✘ Hygiene Reasons – Undercaps or accessories that have been tried on.

 

3. How to Return an Item

To start a return, please follow these steps:

1️⃣ Contact Us – Email our customer support via the contact form to request a return authorization. 
2️⃣ Receive Return Instructions – Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping details.
3️⃣ Ship the Item Back – Securely package your hijab and use a trackable shipping service to return it.
